Our story began not with a business plan, but with a memory — of Nihal Ji, our grandfather, whose life was rooted in hospitality, kindness, and integrity. He believed that food made with love could bring people together and turn strangers into family.

In 2016, two brothers — his grandsons — set out to honour that legacy. With a shared dream and deep respect for their grandfather, they brought Nihal’s to life. It wasn’t just a restaurant; it was a heartfelt tribute to everything he stood for: purity, freshness, and the joy of feeding others.

Since then, Nihal’s has become more than a place to eat. It’s a home where tradition lives on, where every recipe carries the care of a family kitchen, and where the name “Nihal” continues to earn the love and respect it always has.
